A pioneer in the field of ice industries Nirmal Ice Industries is well equipped with state-of-the-art manufacturing plants located in Vapi, Gujarat. Established in 1992, we operate tube ice plants that produce up to 60 tons of industrial ice per day and are also registered members of the Vapi Industrial Association (VIA).

Our clients comprise of manufacturing units across various domains like chemical industries, dye industries, food processing industries and more. We additionally cater to small-scale requirements from units like hospitals, fisheries, bakeries, retailers and more.

OUR SERVICES

TUBE ICE SPECIFICATION
Tube ice is a specific, unique requirement which has long storage period and requires an efficient process for manufacturing it. The ice we supply is manufactured in a crystalline form with a dimension of approximately 35mm by 40 mm. This ice is produced in a steel tube backed by an optimum circulation and flow of water. Our state-of-the-art technology ensures the tube ice we produce contains good air permeability, longer storage life and optimal thermal performance. Our clients for this product are spread across the F&B industry.
COOLING SYSTEMS FOR INDUSTRIES
Tube ice plays an integral role in different manufacturing processes across various industries. Essentially used in controlling temperature, it is used in the manufacture of leading dyes and intermediates, OBA (Optical Brightening Agents), Food color, and chemicals as per international quality guidelines. Quite a few processes in the chemical industry utilize ice to curb the exothermic response caused while creating raw materials for certain applications. Tube ice is also used by companies that process fisheries, Hospitals, Ready Mix Concrete, alongside Bakeries and retail ice makers. We also supply our customers with block as well as dry ice.
MANUFACTURING & STORAGE
We believe in maintaining standards in procedures and hygiene at every stage of manufacturing and production. The ice we manufacture is produced with purified water that thoroughly processed through our filter plant making it hygienic and safe for use. We further ensure safety in storage units are maintained in our ultra-hygienic germ-free cold room.
